Peruvian Food & Wine Tasting Event

Mochikas will be holding the very first Peruvian Food & Wine Tasting event on Thursday, August 12th. Learn how immigrants from five continents shaped today’s Peruvian cuisine. Food sampler: Halibut Ceviche, Causa, Tamal, Lamb Seco Stew, Anticuchos, Empanadas and Suspiro a Limena. Wines will be selected from various countries for perfect food pairing by Ivan Alfonso (winecouver.wordpress.com). More details to come.
